So I'm a huge Inuyasha fan I need a little help from anyone willing to lend a helping hand and I just can't seem to find the answers anywhere, any help you can offer would be great! ok, on with the questions!
1) ok, so I have been at work on Saturday nights and my brain shut down and I have missed ALL the new episodes on Inuyasha, anyone know when they might re-run those? 2) I know this is quite possibly an old question, but WHERE IS THE INUYASHA MOVIE! I believe the release was summer 2004 last I heard and its summer 2004 and I have not heard official release date yet, anyone know a release date or what the hold up might be? 3) I heard whispers that the Inuyasha seires is going to end soon, is this refering to the anime, manga, or both (or is it just something someone made up to get a rise out of the rabid Inuyasha fans) 4) Anyone heard any reviews on the new Inuyasha game coming out this fall, it looks cool, but looks can be decieving. \ |

1.) I've missed them as well.
2.) No clue, haven't they already made three of them now? 3.)There was a headline here that the series was to be replaced with more Gundam Seed. Check the recent archives. 4.)I haven't even played the PSX game, so I wouldn't know. All I can say is, search around. Also, check out Takahashi's other titles while you're at it. She's not a one trick pony. Now if only I could figure out where I left off in the IY manga, the series confused me there. |

I try my hand at this here goes:
1. I've heard that Viz has either the first 77 or 104 episodes dubbed so when there done with those they probably be reaired in the not too distant future as reruns. 2.That depends on what movie and there are 3 currently and one being made. Quote from rightstuf, "The first Inuyasha movie, "Affections Touching Across Time", will be released on DVD in the US on September 7th. The second movie, yet to be given an official English title, will be released on DVD on December 28th." Nothing official has come out of this from what little I've heard....I'm not sure either way. 4. The RPG and the figthing game look good and probably be cheap/inexpensive in price, I recommend both. The series is up to about 160 episodes and I updated the episode list at ANN. No clue. Unless they give it another weeknight slot, I wouldn't expect any reruns for a while. With fifty-two new episodes, they've got a full year of new Inu-Yasha, and by the time they run out Viz'll likely have the next set all ready to go. NOTE: Why does ANN's word filter flag b.a.t.c.h as a "bad word?"
It's summer 2004, but it's still early summer. I really don't think there are any delays at all, they've just got it slated a couple months from now. Wait until September to start freaking out.
Don't listen to those rumours. They came from a poor source and also said some other things that turned out to be false (like first details of Gundam SEED 2 running in a May or June issue of "a majour anime magazine" or somesuch...nothing came out of that).
Three with a fourth in the works, yes.

Well, I heard a rumor that CN might split the 52 episodes in half to stretch them further or something. So it depends how many new episodes they're going to air at once, whether it's 20, 26, 32, or all 52. Without knowing, one can't really predict when the reruns will start.
The best thing for you to do it keep checking CN's schedule page for the title of the 53rd episode; "Father's mortal enemy, Ryuukotsusei". |
