Really not sure why it hasn't been added yet. From what I see there is information proving it to be legit everywhere. It has been stuck in the submission section for ages.

I'm not sure of the title, I think it's just called "Hyakko Extra".

I've approved it, and the entry is here.

If you're familiar with the whole series, when does this OVA take place in relation to the TV series? Is it during (side story) or after (sequel)?

Crunchyroll unfortunately only has the TV episodes.
