I'm sure many of you are aware that L'Arc~en~Ciel has released a new album titled KISS just before Christmas. I'd like your expert assistence in translating some of the song titles from the album.
Those songs would be: Sunadokei Umibe (I believe this one is beach) Yuki no Ashiato And if possible, what does Alone en la Vida mean? It's another song in the album but is obviously not Japanese. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. |

Here are some loose translations:
Sunadokei = Hourglass Umibe = Beach Yuki no Ashiato = Snowy Footprints Alone en la Vida = Alone in Life |

I was wondering if Yuki no Ashiato is rather Footprints in the Snow. It seems to make more sense and I know that The LEgend of Zelda is Zeruda no Densetsu, so Densetsu comes at the end in Japanese while in English it's first (Legend). So I'm thinking that in the case of Yuki no Ashiato, this may also apply.

'no' is a possessive so it would be Footprints of Snow or Snow's Footprints or something along those lines. IMHO Snowy Footprints just sounds better.
