I saw the boxed set at Best Buy for only $40. Is it worth it?

Hmmm Blue Seed.
 It's one of my favs. They play it once and a while on Encore Action, but it's missing the Omake Theatre and it very funny. Now, if only Blue Seed 2 will come out in the States.

I guess I'll go buy it tomorrow along with Love Hina DVD 3. That'll keep me busy for a few days.

I'd reccomend it. I just bought it from there today. They've been playing three episodes every saturday night for the past month or so on the Action channel so you can check it out there if you have a cable/satelite provider that has that channel and want to preveiw it before buying it. But at $10 a disk even if you dont like it it's not a huge loss.
