Now is this going to be released in only Japan or will it be available in North America?

I would assume that because it's being published in English that it would be for the western world. Inspired by pop japan travel suggests this as well.

Yep, this is a US release. Here's its Amazon page. Of course you could always go on an actual Pop Japan Travel tour too.
