I've never read the Zombie Loan manga, but I liked DearS and Rozen Maiden. I'll probably watch this.

And there's even a 28 second PV on the site too.

It doesn't show any actual animation, though. ):

Nice. Very Nice.
I've been waiting for the manga to get licensed, but now I can watch the anime while I wait.

I think Yen Press licensed it, but don't quote me on that. This is just about the last Peach-Pit title unlicensed and I remember Yen Press having a Peach-Pit title.
I'm also excited to see it too.

Yeah, Yen Press has it along with Spiral. Spiral and ZL are literally my two favorite manga ever, so Yen Press definitely wins in my book. <3 I remember them saying the first book would come out in July, but now I can't find where I read it so maybe I'm wrong.
And there are actually three manga they've done that haven't been licensed: Prism Palette, Splash!, and Neo Clone which ran for 1, 3, and 2 volumes respectively. But aside from that I know nothing about them.

I don't know about Splash! or Neo Clone, but I've read Prism Palette before. It's basically a manga based on a bishoujo game. really nothing special, but still fun.
Anyway, I haven't read Zombie Loan, but the summary sounds great. I'm a fan of Peach Pits other anime and manga as well. Now all thats left is a Shugo Chara anime.
