I was wondering if anyone new if there is going to be an Anne Freaks #5
I'm just asking cause #4 kinda just ended, and it made me kinda pissed |

4 was the last volume. I had mixed feelings on the end myself, but it was a nice little series.

I wasn't saying it was bad, It was a good series it just seems to me that there could definantly be another one I mean they even set up a whole nother plot line, and there was no conclusion at all |

The ending definitely made it feel like they just dropped the whole idea.
But the beginning was nice. I didn't care for volume 4 though. |

I know it's like they like "well this is good but lets not make another one" and just slapped a "the end" at what looked like a good stopping point |

I loved the ending, but I also didn't like it due to the fact that I realized the excellent series was over. But, it was ended in such a way where it could possibly be continued. So here's hoping ....

Haha.
First of all, the series was written by one person, Yua Kotegawa. (Not a they. She most likely made the decision to end it in such a way) Second, volume four (the final one) was originally published five years ago in 2002 in Japan. As for the ending, I too was a little unsatisfied. However, If you enjoyed Anne Freaks, I highly suggest you check out Yua Kotegawa's other translated work, the single-volume manga Line, also published by ADV. It's neat.[/i] |
