i was kind of wondering about the manga of Candidate for Goddess. i saw the anime and i like it but it just felt open ended when it finished. so i was wondering if any one could tell me if the manga gose into more detail of if it is just like the anime.

This manga as far as I know is not finished, the author has a tendency of starting series and not finishing them as is the case with DNAngel too I think.

Oh, hell! I just looked at the Encyclopedia and he did do DNAngel & Canidate!
Well, I got hooked into DNAngel but I was thinking getting about Canidate but not now. I'll be damned if I'm going to invest my money in another series that might never be finished. I've already done that with X/1999 & Legal Drug by CLAMP and with DNAngel so I'm not going to add a fourth. Thanks for the info _NightShade_. |

I could be wrong, but I think that mangaka (and randomly, does anyone know if the mangaka is male or female? I can't tell from their name and I've seen him/her referred to as both) tries to rotate which series he/she is working on, so Candidate and DNAngel are both progressing, just not very quickly. At least I think that's what I read somewhere else on here.
