NEWS: Japan's Animation TV Ranking, August 15-21

Lower ratings for the week-end anime because of NTV's annual 24 Hour Television marathon at 6.30 pm on saturday (which is also why Detective Conan aired at 5.30 pm), just to give you some ideas, the marathon achieved a 19.1% viewer share while One Piece and Toriko were airing (yet it began at 7 am !) and a 25.5% rating while Chibi Maruko-chan and Sazae-san were broadcasted.

Quite good ratings for the DC and OP films which took the first two places of the weekly movie ranking.

I just thought people were getting sick of Kaitou Kid episodes of Conan.
