I played the Apple Arcade version for about a year, but was turned off by its content release schedule. At times, it felt like there was absolutely nothing to do other than busywork, but a month later, I would feel totally overwhelmed by the amount of new stuff that had just been added to the game. Maybe that’s typical for these kinds of games, I don’t know, but it wasn’t for me, and I ended up quitting.
At its core, though, the game felt amazing to play, especially on an iPhone. I would definitely recommend trying it if you like these kinds of games, and enjoy Hello Kitty even a little bit. |

Looking forward to playing this! Kid me probably would have LOOOVED this if it had ever come out back then. I'm glad it came to consoles because I'm not really a fan of mobile games.

Yeah, I totally get that! Some games really struggle with pacing—either dragging on with repetitive tasks or suddenly dumping a ton of content all at once. It can be exhausting to keep up. That said, I agree that Hello Kitty Island Adventure plays beautifully on an iPhone, and if you’re into cosy games, it’s definitely worth a shot.
