Correction: the name Tōka should be Touka, which is the spelling used in the list of other actors below.
This is the same character who was voiced by Sayumi Suzushiro; Yurika Kubo just plays her in her true form and voice, while Suzushiro plays the character whose body Touka is trapped in.

Honestly I didn't even question whether Touka would have her own voice rather than her and the White Mage just having the same voice...but it makes sense.
Plus Yurika Kubo is the perfect choice for a cute cat girl.

Me too, than again I always body switching episodes on cartoons in which they switch voices, so going on that logic, this makes sense.

Cutie! The cat designs have always tempted me to check out Fairy Tail. Unfortunately, there's also everything else about Fairy Tail.
