Pretty exciting, I’ll probably pick this up. I already own most of the GBA games, but the previously Japanese-only games make it worth it.

Localizing Tri-Holy God Advent as Dark Duel Stories was no biggie when Duel Monsters II was unlocalized, but I wonder what they'll do now that it's getting released?

Good question; I think the English Konami press release still used "Dark Duel Stories" for Duel Monsters 3.

I went to check Konami's website for the game and you're right. Duel Monsters 2 and 3 are both being referred to as "Dark Duel Stories"... Pretty funny to see. Anime smile + sweatdrop
