It was confirmed in the livestream that it will not be getting one. Two reasons were given. They didn't have the proper materials to produce one for this title, and Animeigo is currently not able to support a newly-produced dub yet, but they hope to start dubbing select titles in the near future.

There was an Animax Asia dub. Those almost never get released on physical media, though, whether for quality or contractual reasons.

We in Spain still don't sing songs to the aubergines, though.

IIRC, BGC is currently available on both DVD and Blu-ray. This will be an updated version of the Blu-ray release that uses two discs instead of one to offer better sound (and maybe video) quality and also includes some of the extras that currently only exist on the DVD version or the rare kickstarter edition of the Bku-ray set
