This is one I'm planning to be cautious with - Mario Party in the post-Wii era has been really uneven, and I've mainly only really liked the remake of the original that hit Switch recently. If this new one plays like a super-sized version of the remake, then I'm in, but otherwise if corners get cut like the other couple Switch ones prior, I'll likely take a pass.

Even Mario Party Superstars cut corners by not bringing back some boards or music

Yeah, I'm real suspicious that the two returning boards here weren't originally slated to be DLC and they just said "nah, let's put them in a new one".
