Whis shrugging off all of Beerus' attacks is perfect.

Hopefully after Daima we get a remake.
I am tired of pre 2000s visuals for DB and DBZ.

Of what?
Z? They’re not doing that when Kai a remaster of the original series exists.

Why even mention it?

because kai is a remaster of the original series? whether it was good or bad is irrelevant.

...
Kai is just that, a remaster.
They may remove fillers, make it 16:9, but it is still the same anime decades old, and no amount of editing will make it look as something modern.
Besides, I just think that Dragon Ball in general needs a true reboot.

I doubt any modern anime would look as good as og Dragonball Z did. Super looked downright cheap at times. The trailer for Daima was promising but we'll see.

There are reasons why pre ToP looked cheap, and you can google that yourself.
Otherwise, Dragon Ball in general was improving visually over the years, including those animated openings in games.
People are nostalgic for DB and DBZ, but the fact is that the world moved on.
Even certain fights in that dumb Super Dragon Ball Heroes thing are above everything from DBZ.
Not to mention, Toei anime overall just looks great nowadays.
With so much things getting a modern version now, it's kinda ridiculous that one of the most popular manga in history doesn't have a new anime - I would even go so far to say that the only reason people still cling to DB and DBZ is because they don't have a choice.

There really is no surer way to get me to pay full price for a game on Day 1 than a Dragonball game with spiffy animations.
Here's hoping Roshi can transform into his buff form.

A TV anime from Toei? Yeah, absolutely not. But maybe a limited series (whatever the modern equivalent of OVAs are) or movies? But I'd also argue that the visual issues with modern DB aren't simply about the animation quality, but also the overall scene direction and how the overall aesthetic/character design has changed over the years/decades.
I'd be down to see them remake the sagas that way. Their movie animation has been pretty great thus far, and it wouldn't be too hard to fit a single story arc into a 2-hour film, though some of the longer arcs (EG Cell) would probably work better as two.
Or something like Gundam Unicorn: a series of hour-long OVAs releasing one at a time over a long period of time. God knows there'd be plenty of demand for something like that.
