Looks interesting, I like the art style of the promor image. Have they announced who will be animating season 2 yet?

" 6 fairy tales with dark twist"
So... regular, old fairy tails without a tack-on happy ending? Cause most of the original versions of fairy tails are seriously messed up.

Fairy tales are folk stories. There's no "the original".

Hopefully we get the Little Mermaid in which the title character actually dies, looks forward to that.

We might, but if we do, it will be making the title of the series a lie, because that one's a literary fairy tale (no folkloric roots) by Hans Christian Andersen. Don't worry, there are plenty of tales recorded by the Grimms that are equally bleak. Smile
