I know a lot of people are gonna be very happy.

I half expect Hunter x Hunter to also eventually move to J+.

Except Ruri Dragon is not moving to J+, it will still be in WSJ, but only in the digital version. The J+ release is mostly the same as other WSJ series. It is not a full transfer like Chainsaw Man Part 2.

Man, I love this manga and I'm super stoked it's coming back. I bought the first Japanese volume to support the creator, especially after hearing about their health issues. Here's to a healthier new year, (being the Year of the Dragon, ironically).

This is really good news.
But I can't help but wonder what happened to have led to a near 2-year long hiatus so early in the serialization. Though I don't mind not knowing if it's a personal issue.

Working monthly is a heck of toil if you have help. A starting author usually its on his/her own the very first chapters*, at least until everybody knows the series stays. Ruri Dragon was in that stage yet. If everything goes right you can manage, but if you have stress mount up or something unexpected happens… besides, being seated the whole day over a desk is not exactly a healthy lifestyle.**

* Mashle's Komoto told that he did alone the first chapters. It's not an exception.

** signed, someone who spends the whole day seated over a desk

They had health issues. Possibly still do, since the pacing is being slowed.

Great! I'm so glad they're okay (or okay enough to resume the series)!
