I think this very confusing title is a good example of why the Chicago Manual of Style recommends using semicolons to separate a series of items that themselves contain commas.

it's also been standard for decades to put titles in quotations but I feel like modern journalism has forgotten this. More specifically, quotes around shorter titles and italicize longer ones. Some anime have semicolons in their title so that wouldn't work well as often as just italicizing or putting quotes around
