I somehow though 'overseas version' referred to some kind of Netflix-like adaption instead of a translation - almost felt bad for the guy for a second there.

Well, I doubt they will sell a manga called "Legit Garbage" overseas with any sort of good marketing lol

my guess is, probably the manga will be published in English by Kodansha.
