Hello friends. Guys, I need your help with my PC. I recently bought a gaming PC, the configurations are stated below. I am unable to launch the "Black Desert Online". I don’t know why this is happening, and how to solve the issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions to solve this issue?
My PC configurations are stated below:
CPU – Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard – AsRock B450M Steel Legend
Memory – Adata XPG D30 8GBx2 3000Mhz
Graphics Card – Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 2060
Storage – Crucial P1 500GB NVMe + Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case – Cooler Master MB511 RGB

So, I found a solution from here after searching on Google today. After deleting the Game cache, the issue is fixed. But I did not know that this could be the cause of the problem.
