Oh god. This is depressing. Jack Angel died? Aw man, this guy had a long career as a voice actor. This guy was in a lot of stuff from Hanna-Barbera to Disney to so much more. He's been around a long time. He'll be missed and missed greatly.
RIP Jack Angel. You'll be missed by so many. Last edited by Snomaster1 on Thu Oct 21, 2021 2:26 am; edited 1 time in total |

Super Friends, Transformers, and Voltron. A huge part of my childhood.
But it's awesome that he made it to age 90. RIP. |

He was a staple voice in my childhood and I will always remember him as Ultra Magnus and Astrotrain.
RIP Jack Angel. Thank you for your contributions to voiceover and childrens entertainment. |

I couldn't remember exactly what Jack Angel sounded like off the top of my head until I looked at his credits on IMDb and noticed that he was the voice of Dr. Zachary Darrett, the guy talking on the screen at the beginning of the Pole Position intro, Pole Position being one of the most obvious animation-outsourced-to-Japan-despite-not-counting-as-anime "American" Saturday morning cartoons of the 1980s and the intro being one of Shuki Levy's finest DiC theme songs.
RIP |

I'm not familiar with the man or his work but he lived to a ripe old age and that's more than can be be said for a lot of people these days.
