Have now seen the first ep in raw japanese on Youtube and it pretty well confirmed my suspicions, this is an old style 'burning passion' mecha show. As in, when one character is put to a test in a back alley fight, he swings a pipe so ferociously it creates flames in the air from the passion he puts into his swing.
By the way, I don't understand japanese, but you don't need that to understand what kind of show this is. I don't know where a subbed version can be found yet; I haven't looked too hard, though. |

I'm waiting to see if this gets a legit release at some point. Virtually all titles do, these days. I'd hate to back to pirate subs. That seems so pre-2013.
