I'm excited for:
Orochi: The Perfect Edition - more horror manga is great!
Princess Kaguya artbook - one of my favourite Ghibli films
Alice in Borderland - loved the live-action series. Interested in the manga.
Still hurts seeing Hard-boiled cop and dolphin. I'm not sure whether to buy the digital volumes.
By the way, the summaries for Sakamoto Days and Demon Slayer spinoff are mixed up

Sakamoto Days synopsis and Demon Slayers are swapped. Was really funny to read though!

Magu-chan being forced into Digital only like Yozakura Family is embarrassing and offensive. How can they do that?
In for Dragon Quest Dai.

It's not something I'm super interested in myself, but it's pretty cool to see them dust off the Dai manga for an English release. Outside of some Rumiko Takahashi stuff and a few other outliers, it's rare to see Viz reach back to reach back that far.

Yeah, I got a good chuckle out of that too.

I've been really enjoying the Dragon Quest reboot so it was a pleasant surprise to see the manga be licensed. I'm also looking forward to more Rumiko Takahashi short stories.

Happy to finally have confirmation the full sized XY volumes will get released. There tends to be a lot of changes between the magazine and tankobon releases of Pokemon Adventures (one XY volume alone had 200 changes; everything from tweaked dialogue/art to pages of new content altogether), and I was worried we were going to be stuck with the mini volumes from years ago. (which used the incomplete magazine scans)

I'm disappointed that Magu-Chan and Roboco are digital only instead in physical release. Viz sucks.

So the Dragon Quest manga FINALLY gets an English release. About Time! This is something that should've happened in the 90s/2000's. Why license it now? I thought Viz don't translate old manga.

I imagine it's related to Japan's 30th Anniversary push plus with the response of the new anime here being positive so far, this came at a good time.
There's also the recent Kanzenban editions of the manga which just finished last week and with Viz using the first volume's cover for the announcement, They will be using these instead of the originals.
