This is fantastic. I hope it gets a worldwide release.

There are ESRB logos on the English site, so a US release is certainly happening. We'll have to see about WW.
I wonder how it'll fare in the US. Dedicated ("lifestyle") gamers here are often vocally anti-gacha so I assume they aren't generally fans of the source material, and the PS4 never picked up much of a casual gamer audience. This game's sales will rely heavily on crossover appeal from fans of the anime, then.
It looks great though and it's nice to have a US/WW release if only for the superfans. (At least one person in my life may need a PS4 for Christmas because of this…)

I am so, so, confused why this is being published by Square Enix and not Bandai Namco.
Do Bushiroad and/or KLab have ties to Square Enix?

Hmm is it going to be free to play, but with in game purchases like with the smartphone app? Cause I see that there are cards you can collect in the first few seconds of the video.
Unlike my garbage cellphone I know my PS4 can handle this game without the lagging and overheating lol. So this actually makes me quite excited for the game I liked what I could play from the smartphone game before I had to delete it.
I hope they do the same for Utapri eventually, but I think that is a different game company for that rhythm game.

Out on a limb: maybe Sunrise just doesn't have control over arcade/game adaptations. It does seem weird for a LL arcade machine to have been licensed for a competitor of their parent, but I wonder if the mobile titles would ever have gone to KLab+Bushiroad if Sunrise'd had full say.

That's related to the arcade machine from which this title's drawn. There's no suggestion of a F2P component to the PS4 game.

Square made the original arcade game so makes sense that they'd publish the home release. (Why Square made the arcade version I do not know)
