Unsure of How to Add a New Person

When I try to add Crista Faith Castro for "Packaging Design" for Kino's Journey with a precision of (2017 release), the encyclopedia says they're not in the encyclopedia and will be added as a new person. I'm not sure of what to put down for the first name or the last name as if they appear on anything in the future, that's how they'll always appear in the encyclopedia. I don't own this release, but this is what the back cover looks like.

"Crista Faith" for the first name, "Castro" for the last name. If "Crista Castro" already exists in the encyclopedia, just add that, with "as Crista Faith Castro" in parentheses.
