If there is one thing I still find unbelievable about original movie, that is the fact that Mew was voiced by Koichi Yamadera.
Yamadera is LV99 seiyu, but I whenever I see Mew, I always imagine him being voiced by some female voice actress. |

I am thinking about Mew being voiced by Shoko Nakagawa, will just have to wait and see. I still wish if FlowBack peform the ending the of the film, my predictions fail. |

I really like the Japanese ending song, it's a shame that most international dubs were based on the 4Kids version. I mean, when I was a little kid I enjoyed those pop songs that played during the credits, but when I discovered the original Japanese soundtrack I couldn't beleive why 4Kids replaced all the music (well, they probably changed the whole soundtrack for due to rights issues or to make their own music and gain some money).
By the way, the melody from Kaze to Issho ni was used in one of the endings of the Pokémon anime, called Type: Wild |

I think it has to do with the licensing issues, many Japan music record labels refuse to use their songs for the International release and they do not want to show Japanese-language songs to the international audience. Japan's copyright laws are also strict in regards to use their music for the international releases as well and it can be only accepted to be used for the international releases if their songs gained popularity through the use of MVs viewership on YT, like Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's Ponponpon became an internet viral, she attend the J-Pop Summit Convention and HyperJapan. And J-Pop Summit had an Eir Aoi and LiSA, these two J-Pop who are internationally renowned J-pop acts that have performed their anime songs like LiSA doing SAO songs and Eir Aoi doing Fate/Zero songs. You should also try SBSPop Asia, it is an radio song that focuses on Asian pop music, but its more K-Pop related songs shown on this radio and some J-Pop songs are shown on this radio: https://www.sbs.com.au/popasia/ (sorry for my poor English) |

To most English-speaking fans, this will probably be the first time they get to see the actual story of Mewtwo Strikes Back... because 4Kids's dub changed the script so much it was essentially an entirely different plot using the same animation. For all my grievances with the modern Pokémon dub being lazily scripted, half-heartedly acted and them throwing out just about all the original music (I mean The Power of Us didn't, which seemed like a good sign, but then the latest season of the TV-show has been keeping at most two tracks per episode. One of which is always the episode title music. For a lot of episodes said episode title music is the only thing kept), at least they don't outright invent new character motivations or plot-points to try and make the story into something completely different from what it was supposed to be.
