2 cours? Wasn’t expecting that, but not displeased either. I’m hoping that this works out well for 8-Bit considering that they haven’t done a straight 2-cour show since Tokyo Ravens. Looking forward to this one.

Good to see it getting two cours, that gives it more of a chance to improve even if it starts off mediocre.

The slime light novels are very good and the concept was so unique that it created a subgenre of isekai stories of being reincarnated as something that isn't human. That it will be a two cour anime is great news and is fairly rare for light novel adaptations.

I've actually heard of this one and saw the manga and the novels being shown at my local Barnes and Noble. I ought to check it out. I don't mind the skimpy outfits, but the second a character tries to grab a girl's boobs, I'm out. Please tell me that stuff isn't in the manga or the novel.

I am extremely happy about this, alternate world, non-human transformation is a favorite (extremely rare) plot point of mine. Hopefully such stories will continue to appear.
This is my current favorite series, hope you like it, too. And, so far in the 2 translated light novels and the 5 manga volumes I've read the demon Boobgrabba Fanservicor has made no appearances. |

Not really. You have slime, then you have a spider, a vending machine, a onsen, a sword, a dog, a dragon, pretty much anything that an author can think of was made into a ln isekai main character. |
