Huh. This premise sounds like something I could get into. It also sounds like it can either go well or not so well if it were turned into an anime. As of now, it’s good that it’s been licensed, but I’ll hold off on paying any more attention to it unless an anime is announced for it.

A nearly 200-word story description has to be a record for LN descriptions.

Seriously. Like, did I read a synopsis, or did I just finish the first chapter here. They could have said a lot more, with a lot less.

The author is right now in hiatus and believing the chef of JNC, it is most likely that this series won't have more than 3 volumes and the author won't come back to write more.

More localized LN is always welcome even more good one but too bad it will be a short one, last volume was 24 August 2016 and still no news about the author even thought the pacing was good

Is the isekai genre so popular that these LNs have to put it bluntly in the title "I was reborn into a new world" to make sure everyone knows?

Yeah, this book isn't really isekai really, more born into an alternate history?

But putting isekai in the title is what has sold LNs in Japan for like 3-4 years now.

I read it is based off of a web novel, so that might account for why another volume hasn't been published yet (finding the necessary web chapters to adapt). Still, a currently 3-vol. LN series can be told faithfully in 12-13 epi.

Very much doubt this will ever get an adaptation. Perhaps a manga...

Looking at the chapter listing, the two most recent chapters were back in March 2017, and those in turn were the first since August 2016. Which was shortly after another hiatus lasting from August 2015 to June 2016. Out of 77 chapters total, 52 were posted in 2014, the debut year.

It's a fate known to many a fanfic, I suppose.

I'm all for accurate translations, but do so many LN's need to have like 2 sentence long titles? Its so awkward and weird. It would be like "oh did you read the latest "Do I Really Need to Bang and/or Kill Everyone In The Whole World To Be Queen? My Pet Dragon Says Yes I Do!" instead of just Game of Thrones Laughing

Honestly this sounds like an overstuffed mess. It's like they had a few different concepts and just smashed them all together. There's something workable there but it's way too busy.

Of course nobody would say such a long title. It'd inevitably be shortened to something like Bang Queen.
