There's nothing to be confused about. The fans support you because they recognize greatness. Also, to say FU to the folks at Kadokawa and hope they are watching the charts as well.

I couldn’t justify paying $30 for a five-minute short from this franchise, but others obviously have out of sheer respect and support for him. I would totally do it for other series and creators, though, so it just goes to show how influential and important a great team is behind their works.
