Oh that staff just made me lose a LOT of interest in this. Especially Ryoichi Kuraya as director.

At least its handled by studio Zero-g, If the animation is going to be Tsugumomo level then thats pretty nice.

Out of curiosity what's wrong with "Ryoichi Kuraya"?

No matter how negative the staff sounds, I'm still planning on watching this.

I watched Tsugumomo, but did not watch previous and subsequent shows from Zero-G studio. But it seems to me that it's a studio that depends a lot more on the direction. It may even be that this series does not last 20 minutes. It was quite surprising that Zero-G is involved. They only have one anime for next year in the spring season. And it's a damn romance.
In short: it may or may not come out well excited. But I do not think that the Zero-G studio, in this case, will need to be careful in the animation; Ah! Oh my! It's an anime of torture. I would not spend my best animators' efforts on this.

And that's the reason why having Ryoichi as director is worrying, because from what I've seen of Tsugumono, his direction wasn't great. For an action-comedy harem show, every aspect of it fell completely flat. It's been seen many times over that a good director can elevate a somewhat lackluster staff, and Ryoichi Kuraya isn't one of them.

I'm suspicious that either the Zero-G studio was a subsidiary of Production Reed or AIC Plus +, or else the studio was formed by former members of both the [Production Reed and AIC Plus +] studios. I searched the names of the directors, and found several works by the studios. So I presume some of these possibilities.
[I did the search here on this site].

Idk, it felt more like the source material in that regard that failed.

Actually, Zero-G was founded by former members of Studio Radix, which itself started out under the name Zero-G Room.

Nice visual. I'm excited to see more. All these DxD character designers are now scattering after the change with Hero.
