I understand that saying "Hideaki Anno's Wife" in the title is helpful for understanding the author's connection to Studio Khara, but not even linking to Moyocco Anno's ANN page in the article itself really seems like an oversight here. She's an important mangaka in her own right.

Yeah, the thing where you mention a woman who's famous in her own right as "a guy's wife" is not cool.

... ... ...

I really like her manga. I dunno if it's the artwork or anything. There's something about them that's unique.

I especially like Hataraki Man.

You know, just saying.

The way she portrays the story is brilliant though.

This has surprising depth. However, Moyocco never disappoints in that area though. Very interesting.

This, I declare, is an example of a headline that gets better as each successive word is read.

& i thought Shirobako has an accurate depiction of Anno (despite being a parody that does not use his name for legal reasons). Laughing

I'm guessing being compared to a turnip doesn't carry the same connotations in Japan.

Wow. This certainly is interesting backstory on what happened in the past. Very well done.

Does Megumi Hayashibara and Kouichi Yamadera somehow have a good relationship with the Annos and everyone else at Studio Khara? I just think it's a bit strange two veteran seiyuus would want to provide voice work for an out-of-nowhere 10-minute animated short (possibly voluntarily). I mean, the husband of the short's director did make them famous with the Evangelion franchise after all but after years of collaboration, are they more than just co-workers?

Another thing, I thought Hayao Miyazaki's cameo was just too funny. Such an accurate caricature of him along with Kouchi Yamadera's voice. Awesome!
