Capcom doesn't need to worry about their games going out of copyright for now or practically forever. Even if all the MH games were out of copyright here in the USA, they have TM to keep them protected. That is, you can't really use "Monster Hunter" in the title name (nominative fair use excluded). Acting is a perpetual copyright is against the spirit/letter of the Copyright Clause of the Constitution.
