I've seen it in the library--the art looks good, but I don't know that much about it. I hope the adaptation works out well for the creators. It's rare that indie comics get adaptations (obviously, there are big exceptions like Men in Black and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc)

This might be the best comic book related news I read about all year. Only others I can think that would top it are a new Samurai Jack comic series featuring Ashi and Scaramouch, an animated series of Boom! Studios' Giant Days, the animated Chew feature finally coming out, or an animated series starring Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel.
Definitely looking forward to Wayward's TV adaptation. Hoping it'll get both animated and live-action, but preferably like to see 2D animated version.

Would personally prefer an animation for this one. Love this comic book series, so much so that I double dip. Getting the monthlies and the TBPs for this one.
Love the extra info the put towards the back of the issues explaining the lore they're using for the story.

Huh. I thought going forward, having merged the two companies, they were going to be using the Animatsu name for new productions.
