With all due respect, the manga should've ended at the reunion. Because I have serious doubts Togashi can muster the strength to finish the manga by himself. He needs to have someone take over drawing and he directs the story.
Right now, I expect the manga to go for a month or two before Togashi goes on hiatus again. |

How long for this time?
i know Togashi wants to do it himself but if this keeps up he is never going to finish it, he needs to get some help either some one to work on backgrounds or for someone to take over the art completely while all he does is work on the story and character designs otherwise he might never be able to bring it to the end he wants |

Breaks are kind of part of the deal now. Togashi is going to need the breaks so as long as it's not too long then I'm good.

I hope they at least arrive at the Dark Continent before the next inevitable hiatus. Togashi really should take the example of what Akira Toriyama is doing with Dragon Ball Super. Write out an outline for what will happen in the plot and character dialogue and then let Madhouse animate it while he can catch up with the manga anytime he wants.

Do you think we will ever get enough chapters for another arc in the Anime? Or is that finished now and we won't get anymore new content adapted until they do another re-adaptation happens.

Darn. The Great Hiatus Arc is being put on hold, and it was just getting good again.
Just so people know, DQ XI releases on July 29 then DQ X releases on August 17 followed by the Switch version of X releases in September. You can do the math regarding when the GH arc returns. |
