Did the browser clear cache thing, log on and off, and still won't play the video?! Help please!

I went to watch an anime and I got the browser clear history cache thing. So I did as instructed and kept logging off, clear browser cache thingy, and logged back on and I keep getting the message. I don't know what to do or what's going on, but I'm kind of getting annoyed because I never had any problems on this site and now I do. Could someone please help me please! Crying or Very sad
