They look like they are in high school and finally a watchable Ping Pong anime, the other Ping Pong anime had abysmal art.

Ping Pong The Animation is one of the most beautiful anime I've seen in my entire life, plus a superb OST and incredible character development, a masterpiece. I know the art looks weird at first but if once you start watching it it becomes not so weird.
This anime looks too moe but I guess I'll give it a chance when it airs.

This is unique. I don't know if you could produce more than 2 seasons on a rather niche sport. Saki probably got multiple seasons in part because of the complexities of mahjong.
