Yessss. I can't wait til it's done so I can binge-read it. That's the only way to read Urasawa since his stuff's such page-turners.

I'd like to see a Billy Bat anime series announced covering the entire story sometime near the manga's completion. Really hope the manga series can get licensed by Viz as well.

Yass! Really looking forward to digging into this. Urasawa's work is definitely best for binging. Surprised no one has picked it up for US release yet. Confused

Having read all of his works so far, I might argue Billy Bat is his Magnum Opus.
This whole manga is mind-blowing, absolutely genius and fantastic (even if really oddly written at times, while guiding us through the history of the world according to the Bat).

I'd have to agree. The story lends itself to a lot of creativity, and Urasawa doesn't miss a chance to involve Billy Bat in a lot of interesting conflicts around time. Because of this it never grows stale (both Monster and 20 Century Boys had a lot of down time where nothing was happening).
