Yes, for US & Canada that is. For this part of the world it will be a very much un-legal and off-site viewing for myself personally...

Streamline had previously released two of these episodes (IIRC eps 145 and 155) on VHS, dubbed only. Why pick those specific episodes? Because those were the red-jacket episodes Miyazaki directed...

If only they could get the Phuuz cast back to dub them into English. Nobody can beat the Japanese cast, but I miss hearing Tony Oliver as Lupin and Richard Epcar as Jigen. They were the best for those roles in English.

Azabaro: That, and the Miyazaki Lupin was hated in Japan back then. So those were the cheapest ones they could afford.

Wonder if the Superman episode will be included. It was skipped over when the series had a subtitled run in southern California a few years ago.

They're both there, yep. And from what I could tell from the thumbnails when they launched, unaltered.
Originally, I heard from my contact within Pioneer/Geneon that the episode had recolored superhero outfits on the masters they received from Japan. When probed how he knew this (they weren't even close to releasing said episode), he seemed to stammer just a tad and said "well, we asked the licensor," but in hindsight I have a hunch that the dub production might have actually gotten at least that far. Then again, I don't remember how soon after the US launch I asked this so I might be exaggerating that possibility, depending on how swift production was.

Seriously. That dub was a ton of fun. At least it's nice to know that all the episodes are available somewhere.
