It's a good thing band-aids are made with a light adhesive.

Shouldn't be too surprising. Every Saki fan knows the girls do not wear panties.

They don't wear band-aids either. If you are going panty-less, go panty-less. Band-aids are hideous looking. Never knew why that became a thing. Correct that, I know why, but they are still hideous looking.

Seriously at this point you might as well just ditch the idea of covering their privates alltogether...
And before someone says something: I'm aware of the cultural and moral differences and that there are several laws regarding censorship for stuff like this. But if you're going to go this far, that little strip is pretty darn pointless.

Much praise for staying true to the fans!
Panties don't exist in the Sakiverse, just as Ritz intended.

If all they are showing is a rear end, then they are nothing different than a naked barbie doll. Nothing culturally or morally wrong with that.
The band-aid is there, because it is some kind of fetish, or they are trying to make it 'supposedly' sexier.

Maybe it's because i'm not a girl, but I don't see why you would ever place a band-aid there.

Not sure if the girls in Saki decided to go commando or something like that, though it's not really that much of a surprise to me at first glance.

This is so lewd but I am glad that this is staying true to the series.

I am aware of this fact as I've heard it mentioned several times. But where do they bring it up in the series? I've only seen the first 25 episode series and I don't remember it being mentioned.
I recall a few skirt level angles where the art alluded to that fact but until I heard about the no-pan thing I was under the impression that they were going for that "Schroedinger's panties" effect.

While I do love fan service, when you do have characters that appear below 13 (even if they literally could be centuries), I still find it creepy.
