It is not an incest thing. The guy with the eye patch is not the brother.
The brother and sister are similar looking twins. He asks her to take his history exam because she is a history geek. She refuses but he gets up early, takes her uniform and heads to her school. She feels she has no option but to go to his school as him??? The brother is the one who proclaims that he is "So Cute It Hurts!". It is kind of silly but benign. |

With the news of this ending, posted back in January, I decided to jump into this manga. And, I really enjoyed the first volume. Nothing ground breaking, and Megumu's story starts off atypically, it was executed well.
I also checked out the OVAs, and liked what I saw. Looking forward to seeing how things got to those points. Oh, and seems like this series will be able 12 volumes long. So...will probably be finished by Viz in 2017?
