Marina Nakamura is already mentioned in the encyclopedia thanks to her involvement in Angel Beats:

I liked their numbers in their previous shows.

Typo here. The band is ZHIEND not Zheind. It's a really badly romanized "The End". |

The girl reminds me of Princess Lover's Charlotte.

From the Twitter account, it looks like they held another KSL Live World concert on Saturday, and the announcements were made as part of that? There's a page for the event here: http://key.visualarts.gr.jp/key15thfes/
It would be consistent with Key's previous music announcements, as it sounds like the Angel Beats! music debuted as part of the KSL Live World 2010 concert (which is actually available on US iTunes) |

Fantastic, love Lia's voice. Definitely looking forward to Charlotte. Though I'm a bit disappointed that they're handing this lofty project off to an inexperienced director. I'd be feeling much better if this were once again in Seiji Kishi's capable hands.
