I'll be optimistic about this but not overly excited. I assume this will probably be another 1 cour. The key visual looks good though.

 The current season has little if not only one or two animes I've been looking forward to. Hopefully winter and fall bring more that I can look forward to.

Is this article supposed to be showing the second trailer again? Each link just sends me back to the article about the second one as well.
Also, I know that I should have expected it, but I am just shaking my head at Neko and Hirasaka's character profile pics because goddamn is that unnecessary. Still can't wait for this to come out, though. I unironically loved the first season and the movie, and I'm really excited for this upcoming one. They've got to keep the heterosexual males happy somehow with all of the bishounen and ikemen in the anime. 
At least that's what I always thought when I was watching the first season, lol. I didn't mind it too much since it wasn't too frequent and the VA's and characters made it bearable. |

I noticed that too... But it's so one sided. If there's all these panty shots why not have boxer shots... no nevermind. That's a bad idea. 
But besides that, I'm actually really excited to see what the next season brings. |

According to ANN Missing Kings will ship on BD/DVD in Japan on April 22 and it will include English subtitles. Can't wait to see it for myself... |

It's like the people making this anime have no idea of who their main buyers are. K was a success thanks to the fujoshi money. I don't know if they're making an extra attempt to hook a male audience with those ridiculous panty-shots, but this show is mostly established as a fujoshi show. It's kind of cheap and ridiculous to try to get a wider range with fake promises of sexy chicks and panties, and it might even work against them and push away their fujoshi buyers.
And it's honestly a little cringe-worthy that thes female characters are presented in objectified sexy ways, like they have nothing to them other than their sexiness. If you're gonna play the sexy card, play it equally. They could've put some dudes in sexy poses or with ruffled clothes and whatnot, god knows fujoshi have been buying Misaki and Fushimi hugpillows by the bucket. And I honestly wish they had framed it in a more playful sexy way, rather than "invading your privacy and taking upskirts photos which is illegal by the way" |
