"the" is misspelled as "ihe" in the title.
Other than that small detail, it sounds kinda interesting, despite me not being a huge sci-fi person.

Ugh. Looks like PS2 cut scenes. The kid also seems too old for the voice. Premise sounds interesting, but the animation is too distracting.

The way that the title is, it sounds like a LN to me.

the cg animation looks 10 years behind the times... what a shame, because the premise and story may in fact be well done. the art style is soulless and gives a certain cheapness to everything. this is not what animation is all about.

The CG quality is... well... quite meh. But the story sounds intriguing and the seiyūs attached piqued my interest.

Yeah, something is really weird about what seems to be a deliberately choppy framerate with the people. The way they move also looks like it was done by one person still learning how to animate CGI, with stiff, linear movements while everything else stays absolutely still with no squash or stretch whatsoever. I wouldn't call it PS2-quality though; its polygon count is higher than that. It just comes off to me as a 3-D CGI movie made by a team that's always done 2-D animation prior.

good call out. Remember? ANN mods always complain our spelling and grammar. They need to set good example.
