No Streaming Territories were announced yet? Still, it's a good thing that this series will be streamed, only question now is: censored or uncensored?

Mostly likely censored.

But they also streamed Terra Formers, so it could go either way.

Agame ga Kill would be a better example, as CR streamed it uncensored from the beginning (as did Nico Nico in Japan), while broadcast stations there got a censored version.
Terra Formars in contrast, didn't even stream on AT-X (the usual source of early uncensored raws).

We'll likely never get an explanation, as it is no doubt a licensor issue. At this point, it doesn't appear that anyone else got it, so there is little reason for it not being in the west aside from the licensor saying, "No". For all we know, the only reason CR may have gotten it for Asia is that region may have been handled by another company. Not all production committees have a single licensor for all countries outside of Japan, after all.

Well, then it sounds like the licensor was being quite rude to many Dog Days fans in depriving them of a legal stream. That's why I used gogoanime.
