I hope it turns out better than the skeevy, preteen soap opera that Kodomo no Jikan eventually became. Seriously, while the premise was definitely a bit messed up at first, the anime at least was pretty amusing. I tried to read the manga, and it turned into some creepy hot garbage.

-_\\\. Kodomo no Jikan is one of the best manga. It covers a lot of social and psychological issues despite it's premise and calling it "soup opera" is just strange. It had some of the best and logical drama out there. And the ending was satisfying cause most of the characters got what the deserved.

Hopefully it'll be just as interesting as her previous work, it was a pretty good read.

It's hard not to expect another masterpiece after how amazing KnJ was, but I'll try to taper my expectations. Regardless, I will definitely be reading this

YES!
I started reading KNJ because I grew up under puritanism (1950s version) and detest censorship. I ended up reading most of it because it was full of unselfish love, and showed refreshing willingness to tackle difficult and complex human issues.
If the magaka could produce something that deep once, she may be able to do it again--but I bet this time more quietly. |

Literally one person complaining versus every single other comment in this thread being fully in support of the manga.
Not sure what your problem is.

Depends on what "queen" she's going to write and draw about.
