I think it is good news that the manga will end at 11 volumes. I would not have liked if this manga were to get too long. If only all the manga had been adapted into anime; sigh.

If they adapted the rest of the manga. they'd probably just lose money, so its not that surprising. |

Great news! I can't wait to see what will happen. I've only read the Vertical releases (no scans), but that means I should be able to finish the story within the next two years or so. I'm always happy to know that a series I love will have a proper ending. (Oh Berserk...)

I am aware of this, and I am not surprised. I wish all the manga were adapted into anime, but, I know it will most likely not happen. Commercial failures (like the Flowers of Evil anime) do not get sequels. |

Im reading the manga via vertical releases and loving it, i didn't watch the anime because it looked like a big bag of sweaty arse to me.

Not terribly surprised by this from where the manga currently is. It's looking to be a satisfying ending at least.

I am taking this a good news as its always nice to know there will be an ending in sight and there is only so much a series like this can do before it becomes samey.

Well, the director originally wanted to do a live-action TV drama. Instead what we got was this rotoscoped mess. |
