I came across these images of what appears to be a cross between a stormtrooper and Hatsune Miku, and I was wondering is anyone knew what anime they came from.

The first is from Miss Monochrome, which are shorts staring Miss Monochrome who is a somewhat parody of the whole android idol thing, they are short episodes and quite fun to watch with an eye catching ED. The second is from Golden Time, which Miss Monochrome has appeared at least twice, the reasoning being that Miss Monochrome seems to have a thing going with her voice actress, Yui Horrie, who is a main character on that show. The Miss Monochrome shorts seem to imply that the appearances for Golden Time were actually walk in parts for a drama as if it was a show within Miss Monochrome.
