This may have been a topic befor so I apologize in advance if it was. I'm just wondering what people's experiences with animepavilion.com have been like. They seem to have a lot of oop stuff and Im just wondering if they actually have these things in stock. I've tried contacting them to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To my knowledge, all of their merchandise is legit. They are a vendor at Sakura-Con, and, IIRC, the owner has spoken up against bootlegs on the Anime Convention Mailing List (ACML).

That being said, the owner is quite vocal on some things, and as I do not agree with his stand on many subjects, I choose not to have my money go to him, and therefore will not shop at the store.

RoverTX comments on their experience here.

From my experience they're okay. A long while back I had them locate Cyborg 009 (GN format). The book are good with only standard wear and minor yellowing and were by Tokyopop. That said, upon ordering especially OOP stuff don't hold your breath. I've had a lot of OOP orders for books cancelled. It is sort of hit and miss. So fair warning. On the plus side, they DO NOT charge you until it is shipped; so a cancelled order does cause you any hassle. I can't anything about how legit the DVDs are since I never ordered.

Yeah I forgot to mention but it was quite a while ago. December '09. There was a Jin Roh set on Amazon the other day for $190 but it disappeared...

Wish I knew you were into Yukikaze a year ago. I had two copies.
