I just spoke to the on-duty managers of all three SoCal Virgin Megastores mentioned on TF's website, and not one of them had even heard of the giveaway. Which makes me sad. (Why isn't everyone worshipping at the Church of L'arc en Ciel? ;- )

Nevertheless! I have faith in Tofu Records --. maybe the giveaway doesn't actually start until monday? Or something like that. *G*

I've tried calling the House of Blues many times the past several weeks about their supposedly available 'standing room only' tickets that I (and presumably everyone else) can't seem to buy online, but I am always either put on hold indefinitely or hung up on. So I don't really fancy giving them another try about this promotion. But maybe someone else will get lucky. Maybe I will somehow get lucky and win a ticket! Oh, the glee. *giggles*

Here's hoping the Megastore employees actually find out what's going on so we can all enjoy the benefits. *grins*

how is this going to work? Do you enter a lottery, or is there a catch as well? I wonder...

I'm curious on how many tickets they actually have to give out.

And i had to go through all the trouble of buying them! oh well, at least i'm satisfied.

Who knows how it's going to work? The people at Virgin certainly don't have a clue. Wink

I assume its just going to be a 'come in and ask if we have any' deal, I can't imagine we'd be able to reserve them since there are so few left. Maybe it will be a lottery of some sort...

No details about the giveaway on the Tofu Forums either, just speculation that you might have to buy a certain amount of merchandise to be eligible or something.

But if anyone is interested in buying 2 tickets to the San Francisco Fillmore show, I'm selling mine since I can't make the trip up to SF anymore. PM me or check the Tofu Forums "Additional Fillmore Tickets" thread for info.

Unfortunately, even for once even I do not have news.

I will try and get a hold of ai at TR and see what's up, and then I will post here once more.

It seems that Tofu Records posted the news a bit to early though.
