They've been expanding into novels. Battle Royale, three Fullmetal Alchemist ones to date, Kamikaze Girls, Socrates in Love, and they're planning on releasing Rurouni Kenshin and Naruto novels. I imagine we'll get the Death Note novel. I don't know about the xxxHolic novel though... |

Since the xxxHolic novel is also under Kodansha's auspices, I imagine it'd be up to Del Rey/Random House to decide if they want to bring that over or not.
